This Friday evening, me and my family went to the Kong Meng San to
attend the Three Steps One bow ritual.

This is the first time i've experienced this...
The whole ritual takes exactly about 2 hours to complete.
It is also very tiring, because you needa take 3 steps and kneel down and bow.
It makes your elbow and knee cap to be very painful
as you needa do that continuously around the whole perimeter of Kong Meng San.

I think the purpose of this ritual is to repent your previous life's mistakes or sins.
Not really sure too...
Quite a great experience, i like the ending of this activity when you find yourself
to be so calm and peaceful.

The feeling is so...great.
There's a sense of satisfication. (:

This activity makes me realise that in life, there wont be any smooth journeys...
(We have to kneel and bow on slopes too)
Had some food before we reached home at 12am.
