WUHAN & SHANGHAI TRIP 1/11/09
DAY TWO

Partied in the night, and watched Cheetah Girls...

After breakfast, wento DongHu scenic zone. The place is serene, cooling.
Totally immersed with the view of the lake while breathing the morning fresh air.
Everything looks and smell so wonderful.
What a good day to start with!

Fed some fishes which cost 2yuan (equivalent to 50cents)
Then we headed to Qu Yuan Memorial Museum.
Learnt more about him and stuff like that.

We had this free and easy time at the field with many pigeons there.
PKT bought a packet of bird food, she didnt dare to feed so she passed it to me.

OMG.

The moment i put some food onto my hand,
2 pigeons flew onto my hand, scratching it's claws on my hand like mad.
WTF.
Another 3 flew onto my shoulders.
Damn it pain and itchy due to their sharp claws.
Luckily i didnt bleed...

I screamed like one crazy, many looked at me.
Just like watching a show... -.-
Darn idiot shit.

Luckily they didnt shit on my jacket...
Or else i'll kill them!!! (haha)
Headed to HuBei Province Museum.

Took some pictures only, cos my camera batt was being sucha a bitch.
There's nothing much in the museum.
Just artefacts, history on display and blah blah blah...
All dark in the museum, it's like so boring.

The best part was the Olden instrument (chimes or what i think?) performance.
It was fantabulous!
Cant believe that those 2000years old instruments can still make music.

COOL-NESS

After lunch, we wento Yellow Crane Tower (Huang He Lou)
It's a very famous tower, top 4 in southern part of China.
It was kept till now, i think it was from a few thousand years ago...

Boring too, the camera battery died on me.
Cant even take a freakin' picture... -.-
Then we had to climb many flight of steep stairs to reach the highest floor.

if you wanna take the lift, you'll have to pay 2yuan.
WTF, i should have took the lift.
Save so much trouble...

The scene is magnificent, cos you can see many many building.
Which is like all cramped up, very 'messy' in a sense.
Bought 2 mirrors for relatives and one piggie whistle for brother.

After that, we went for shopping!
Actually we were supposed to stock up our titbits/cup noodles lest
we get hungry in the hotel.
But i took this time to shop, and Me, Mel, QX and PKT passed by this
Mickey themed shop.

Totally obsessed with it.

They sell plushies, bags, wallets, and many other more stuff which are all Mickey characters!
Cute man....
Saw a few bags on sale.
And came to see this pink bag (design is just like NUM), for 299yuan.

Hestitated a little while at first, but in the end

i still bought it!!!
(me love it!!!)

After that we had dinner and went back da hotel~
